Are customs duties included in the price?

Yes. All our prices are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for France and the EU. You will not be charged any additional customs fees or import taxes upon delivery.
How is my watch insured during shipping?

Every shipment is insured to the full declared value of the watch through our carrier's premium insurance. In the unlikely event of damage or loss, you will receive a full refund.
Can I track my shipment?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your watch is dispatched. You can track it in real-time on the carrier's website.
What if I'm not home for delivery?

Since signature is required, the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold the package at a secure pickup point. You will be notified with options.
How do returns work?

You have 14 days after receiving your watch to return it, no questions asked. We provide a prepaid return label. Refund is processed within 48 hours of receiving the watch back.
